Training instructors for People’s Projects

At the end of February, Marie Gauton, assisted by Séverine Roy, hosted a three-day training session for instructors at the  Comité Régional du Tourisme (CRT) in  Languedoc-Roussillon. This training is for those who transfer technical skills as part of their work, but for whom training is not their core business. The objective of this training is to provide participants with the knowledge, expertise and skills that will enable them to design and deliver effective training and teaching.

Satisfied, the trainees asked People’s Projects to go further and advise on the development of their technical training modules and develop educational tools with them based on their context. Marie Gauton and Séverine Roy will support them for three days to develop this entire custom training session.
