About communication

Communication between human beings has helped change humanity (See Alvin Tofler). During his evolution, man stood up to be able to use his voice to communicate. This important development allowed him to better control hunting and gathering, which he later learned to turn into agriculture and livestock. Another means of communication then appeared: writing. This period, which lasted nearly 10,000 years (in our civilization) resulted in the introduction and mastery of printing during another era, that of industry and commerce. The 20th century saw the arrival of a new mode of communication: telecommunications, giving birth to a new era that we are enjoying today: the era of communication.
These developments that are “closer” to us should not allow us to forget the very long times in the past that imprinted an indelible form of communication in us, which was to use bees for 65 million years to tell their congeners where they should forage (the dance and vibration of wings) (see P Amensen on Darwin’s shoulders). This type of communication, that is deeply ingrained in us, is that gestures, posture and tone. Words only represent 10% of the communication we perceive.

What are the issues?
The company is a human organization, and works on human operating rules. As in the evolution of mankind, and as outlined so well by Françoise Dolto, the quality of communication reflects the level of development of the organization.
This level of organization is directly related to the development of men and women in the organization (businesses, associations, communities, administrations). These are the challenges of good communication.

We have a clear and simple methodology to support the executive and his team with their communication approach. To allow understanding of how I communicate and therefore how others communicate, we use models. Our consultants are trained and certified in the most powerful models and therefore the most used: PCM (Process Communication by Taibi Kalher), MBTI Golden.
The approach with these models is either through an individual coaching interview, in the context of a team seminar, or in the context of a management training program.
Our experiences
We have developed these approaches (individual coaching, team seminars, management training) in different types of activities, with different sizes of organizations, and in different countries. The models are “beyond cultures” and contribute in a multicultural context to “bringing closer” the teams of different cultures.
