Professional Background
Communication has always been key to my activities. First of all, in my first job, which was translation, we must ensure that the original message is transmitted faithfully and clearly in another language.
Then, as Company Director, I was able to measure the impact of communication with both customers and suppliers, and of course the employees.
In 2011, 12 years after founding and directing the Trans@ translation agency, I felt the need to give a new meaning to my work. Interpersonal communication naturally took a central place in my choice to coach individuals and teams to their personal and professional success.
Master certified NLP practitioner, certified Master Coach and certified instructor in Process Communication, I put my coaching and personal development skills to work for my customers, to coach people on optimally expressing their skills and resources, either individually or in groups, with a view to bring out the most accurate version of themselves.
